Polish architect Jakub Szczesny of Centrala introduced the concept of the narrowest house in the world, whose width is only 1.5 meters! Dwelling house called Keret House is to fill the narrow space between buildings on 22 Ch?odna Street and 74 ?elazna Street in Warsaw (Poland).
A well-known Israeli writer Etgar Keret is a symbolic pattern of the project, which will be given the keys to the new and unique housing, construction is scheduled to begin in September.
The first month of the writer intends to stay as a tenant house full, after the non-standard space will serve as art, as art studio open to all creative designers and artists from around the world.
The idea of creating an innovative facility came to the author at a time when he saw one. Very narrow and full vacuum between two tall buildings this may sound strange, but at the widest point of the living space, will vary between 1.22 meters and 0.72 meters! However, there is a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen are located on two floors, which interact via the stairs convertible, the remote can be opened.
The disadvantage is the lack of a unique space for storage space and furniture, so this concept can only be seen as an interesting experiment and a unique facility that eventually will improve.
